Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-04-24. The Kung Fu 功夫 website is operated by NEWLAND (HOKI SUSHI). This policy explains how we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection law.
1. Data collected
When you place an order, create an account or opt in to offers, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order history.
2. Purposes
Data is used to fulfil orders, contact you about orders (including availability or delays), send commercial offers where you have expressly consented, and improve our service.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of the sales contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), your explicit consent for offers (Article 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in improving the service (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
Order data is kept for three years from the last order. Marketing consent data is kept until withdrawal and deleted within 30 days after withdrawal.
5. Recipients
Our technical provider OKO (BAD PARTNERS) processes data under a processor agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability. To exercise them, contact [email protected] or our DPO at [email protected].
